Ship24by7 will deliver to all and any postal address within USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, etc. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code

Please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents are USPS / DHL / FEDEX / UPS / Speed Post.

Typically, all deliveries are made from Monday thru Friday in most cities as they follow a 5-day work culture. Sometimes we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also but on some extra cost and case by case basis.

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline:

Estimated transit time will be 4 to 6 working days till the shipment delivery after you handover the parcel at our premises.

These estimates are based on deliveries between major gateway cities and vary from service to service.

Please note that, while we enjoy a very high success rate, transit times are never guaranteed due to issues such as local bank holidays, adverse weather conditions and potential customs delays. If your delivery destination is remote, it may also take slightly longer to deliver.

Customs duties and taxes:

Orders maybe subject to customs duties and other additional fees levied by the destination country. All such import taxes, custom duties and any additional fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country must be borne by the recipient/customer. Desiauthentic has no control over these charges nor would maintain any record of such charges which vary from country to country. 

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery timeline.
